Following your conversation with our talent team, you may be invited to perform a technical assessment. The assessments vary depending on the position you have applied for. Full details will be provided in advance.

If you are successful in your technical assessment, you will be invited to meet with some of our delivery team to chat more about your career and experience. Delving deeper into your technical ability, depending on your level and specialism, this could be problem solving, questions around your tech stack, or perhaps a discussion around software architecture.
