Partner & Global Leader - Sales

As Partner & Global Head of Sales, Samir is responsible for driving our global sales growth, including CIS Sales, and also leads the Tech vertical.

Samir is a seasoned leader with 26 years of a successful track record of running P&Ls, building high-performance teams, and generating revenue growth through transformation-led, modern operating-models-oriented, cloud, and modern IT-focused multiple large and medium-sized contracts.  Samir has extensive experience in building new and profitable client bases with the likes of GE, Norfolk Southern, UPS, Nordstrom, and Coty, where he consistently delivered a year-over-year multi-fold revenue growth.

In his last role, Samir was Director, Technology at Accenture and was responsible for new business growth in the Retail, CPG, Transportation & Logistics verticals. Prior to Accenture, he has worked with brands like IBM, Capgemini (Formerly iGate), BaaN ERP where his key focus was on growing IT business for Distribution Process-based IT transformation.

Samir holds a Graduate degree in Business and Economics from the University of Delhi, an advanced diploma in Systems management, a Certification in Data Visualization from Harvard University, is a Certified Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, and a Distribution and Process Modeler from Baan.
