The increasing convergence of companies and systems is driving a lot of change in IT. Mobile convergence is a good example of how things are unifying. Companies are seriously looking into increasing its IT budgets for Testing in the next year. Part of this can be explained by the increasing user expectations for high quality software/apps. The rest can be explained by the increased investment of businesses in new technologies and delivery platforms.
