RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Role Title: Jira Service Desk Developer

Location: Austin TX

Required Skills:

• 3+years’ experience in Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Desk Administration
• 3+ years’ experience in business process improvements

Preferred Skills :

• BA/BS in Information
• Systems, Project Management, or related major
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex IT systems and processes
• Basic understanding of databases like SQL server,MySQL
• JIRA Atlassian Certification is a plus

 Responsibilities:

• Experienced Jira Service Desk administrator and Confluence
• administrator – defining and building using custom
• workflows, post-conditions and custom issue types.
• Review existing projects, permissions, workflows, dashboards and
• identify where functionality can or cannot meet user
• Creating and migrating JIRA projects and making
• changes to workflows, screens, and fields
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in JIRA/Confluence/Service
• Desk to provide end-users and business leadership with
• meaningful operational/performance metrics and customized status reports.
• Working with internal customers to gather
• their JIRA project requirements and design a scalable solution
• Testing, installing, upgrading, and configuring Jira plugins

Expected Deliverable(s) Project migrations, Configuration
enhancements, New Workflows and SLA integrations
