RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 8+ Minimum Experience.
• 3+ years as architect establishing framework patterns and developer standards/best practices for large scale enterprise applications.
• 5+ years as senior hands-on developer
• 7+ years Java enterprise web site development experience
• 4+ years intensive experience with Responsive web site development for multiple devices
• 4+ years intensive experience in JavaScript frameworks and preferably Angular JS
• 4+ years intensive experience in Angular2/4/5/6
• 4+ years component library framework integration (e.g. Angular Material, NGX Bootstrap) as architect
• 4+ years intensive experience in REST APIs
• 4+ years HTML5/CSS3
• 4+ years Bootstrap or equal
•  Ability to develop solution architecture using Angular.
• Good understanding of web graphic design, layout, typography, and iconography
• Experience with MVC patterned applications using JavaScript frameworks (Angular) and MVVM
• Experience in the Health and Human Service.
