Shawn excels at helping businesses implement high-value changes quickly while working on longer-range objectives. This approach allows them to capitalize on innovative new Salesforce capabilities while building a solid foundation for future enhancement. Shawn is particularly inspired by the potential for customer success in Salesforce’s expanding integrations, data, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging these tools to their fullest, his teams continually extend what customers can achieve – for example, game-changing analytics insights, smarter solutions that deliver improved operational efficiency, and greater growth and profitability.
Prior to joining Apexon, Shawn held leadership roles leveraging Salesforce to transform business outcomes at Saggezza, TEKsystems, and Tata Consulting Services. He is a strong believer in leading by example and the “player-coach” approach to team leadership. He is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to ensure they reach their goals. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BSc in Finance and holds a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the University of Denver.
