Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across Angular 16+, Java 17, Spring Boot, AWS, and Oracle or PostgreSQL.

You will build responsive front-end experiences, develop secure RESTful APIs and microservices, and support cloud-native deployments on AWS. You will collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular 16+, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot, including Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.

Design secure authentication and authorization capabilities using JWT and OAuth 2.0.

Design database schemas and develop optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions using Oracle or PostgreSQL.

Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS using EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, Cognito, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, and CloudFormation.

Integrate Angular components with back-end services and third-party APIs.

Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, and Karma, while maintaining appropriate code coverage.

Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to application architecture and technical design discussions.

Work with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines to enable automated application builds and deployments.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including application, API, cloud, and database performance bottlenecks.

Perform performance tuning across front-end, back-end, and database layers.

Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and client-facing stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Take ownership of assigned deliverables and drive them through completion.

Mandatory Skills Required

5 to 9 years of relevant full-stack web development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Angular 16 or above, TypeScript, and RxJS.

Good understanding of Angular component architecture, routing, and reactive forms.

Experience developing responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, or Angular Material.

Strong proficiency in Core Java, including object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, and Java 17+ features.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.

Experience implementing application security using JWT and OAuth 2.0.

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Practical experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, Cognito, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, and CloudFormation.

Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as AWS ECS, Amazon EKS, or OpenShift.

Strong experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex SQL queries, indexing, and query optimization.

Experience writing PL/SQL or PL/pgSQL procedures and functions.

Experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, and Karma.

Experience working with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency with Git-based version control using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

Experience with Maven or Gradle.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver assigned outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with NgRx for Angular state management.

AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Experience with caching solutions such as Redis.

Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.

Understanding of application security best practices, including OWASP guidance.
