Requirement- HR Operations Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

Education: MBA / PGDM or equivalent

Preferred Industry: Any industry with relevant experience Joining: Immediate to 15 days

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage critical HR processes, lead high-impact initiatives, and enhance employee experience through efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee and contractor offboarding, including bulk offboarding

- Ensure accurate and timely Full & Final (FNF) settlements

- Validate and process payroll inputs in collaboration with payroll teams

- Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, term life, gratuity, meal and gift cards

- Maintain accurate HR data and records

- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Admin teams ensuring 100% NOC completion

- Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow creation, Agentic AI

- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

- Experience in handling payroll, ISO and HR process audits

- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, exit, and benefits with ownership

Skills & Competencies

- Strong stakeholder management and communication

- Experience handling bulk operations

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Strong project management skills

- High attention to detail

Technical Skills

- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Advanced Excel skills

- HRMS and automation tools

- Power BI exposure
