She has over 35 years of hands on experience in leading end-to-end data engagements for large, data intensive financial institutions.

She is passionate about bringing data to life, informing business strategies and transformational initiatives, and leading organizations and teams to enable the use of analytics and data to add value to the business and uncover sustainable solutions.

She has helped forge partnerships across functional boundaries, leveraging deep expertise in analytics, activation, and continuous improvement to engage stakeholders, elicit project commitment, and fuel a shared hunger for goal attainment.

In her current role, she is also responsible for developing and building high-performance teams, leading large groups in managing multimillion-dollar project portfolios, executing hundreds of initiatives every year, and driving the achievement of mission-critical enterprise priorities.
