Technical Sourcer (US Staffing)

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Work from Office)

Notice Period: Within 15 days

Responsibilities

  • Understand US requisitions, tech stacks, and work authorization requirements.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases using Boolean/X-ray searches.
  • Screen candidates on skills, experience, availability, location, rate, and visa status.
  • Submit quality profiles within agreed timelines and update the ATS accurately.
  • Coordinate with US recruiters and meet daily and weekly targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 6 months to 2 years in US IT staffing or technical sourcing.
  • Basic knowledge of IT technologies and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean searching.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working night shifts.

Good to have: Experience with Bullhorn, Ceipal, or JobDiva.
