Lead Java Engineer Job at Apexon

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience

• At least 8 years of experience with Java and Object Oriented Programming
• Experience in all phases of software development using agile methodologies

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or above, SOAP and RESTful web services
• Spring Framework / Spring Boot and related microservice technologies
• Creation of new microservices and any prior experience around porting current functionality to new microservices
• SQL with JDBC and Hibernate/JPA – Core Java
• Experience with Linux / Unix environments
• Git version control
• Unit testing and continuous integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to improve our product
