He leads Apexon’s legal affairs and is responsible for helping the company reach its strategic goals as well as advising on a wide range of legal matters.

He brings almost 20 years legal experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, representing a vast array of clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

Jake has proven track record of delivering exceptional, timely, strategic and practical client service and legal advice, and obtaining outstanding results in a cost-effective manner. Prior to joining Apexon, Jake was Vice President and Global Head of Litigation and Employment for Align Technology, and previously held the position of Chief Counsel of Global Litigation at Cognizant.
